Need to change your current Sked Social plan or switch to annual (see our available plans here)?
Note that only account administrators can change plan. If you're logged in as a collaborator, you will need to ask your administrator to make the change (or login to that account). If you are on grandfathered pricing, you will need to reach out to support to change your plan.
To change plan, head to settings in the left hand menu, then subscription at the top. Then click the 'change plan' button:
You'll see a table with the different account choices:
You'll be asked to confirm any pricing changes (we pro-rata bill or generate credits depending on whether it is a plan upgrade/downgrade) before the plan change is made.
